 This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from A Notch Above Media & Publishing through their site, (the “Site”).

 We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

During the registration process for the creation of a User Account on the Website, the User shall be solely responsible in all respects for all use of the Website using his/her ID and Password, as well as for using these in good faith and maintaining the confidentiality thereof.

A Notch Above Media & Publishing may refuse to grant an ID and Password that it suspects impersonate or attempt to impersonate the identity of another person, that may be protected by trademark or other laws relating to property rights, that are vulgar or otherwise offensive, or for any other reason it considers appropriate.

Only one single user may access the Website at the same time using the same ID and password, with simultaneous access under the same ID prohibited. The User agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her email address, ID and Password or any other breach of security of which the User has knowledge.



 When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the required data or the data you provide us separately to regularly send you our email-newsletter with your consent.  All personal data processed by us is stored securely (the level of security being appropriate to the nature of the data concerned and the other relevant circumstances).

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use appropriate procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your continued provision of personal information following notification of any material change and/or your continued access to the websites following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Statement shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.


 The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of consent. A Notch Above  Media & Publishing will not be held liable in any way for any damages that may arise in cases in which minors did not at the time of registration provide accurate information about their age status as minors. Without prejudice to the foregoing, access by minors to the content included on the Website is the responsibility of their legal guardians, who undertake to exercise proper control over the activity of the child or children in their care or install any tools to control the use of the Internet in order to avoid: access to Content that is not suitable for minors; and the sending of personal data without the prior consent of their legal guardians.
